Introduction to our Materials

Our Advanced Engineering division machines most metals on a regular basis. Both our engineers, and our machines are highly capable of creating components using a wide variety of metals.

We work with a vast range of materials on a daily basis from lighter metals such as Aluminium, to incredibly hard metals such as Tungsten Carbide. We regularly provide our customers with advice and assistance in choosing the right material for a particular application.

The machines used within the Advanced Engineering Division are capable of the fast and efficient engineering of most metals. We utilise the SolidWorks CAD/CAM software and ‘one-hit machining’ to ensure that even the most intricate components, in the hardest materials, are machined efficiently and effectively.
